NOTE: Be careful not to damage the evaporator core.
1. HVAC Unit - Remove
2. Heater Unit - Remove
3. Air Mix Control Motor - Remove (With Climate Control)
4. Mode Control Motor - Remove (With Climate Control)
5. Evaporator Core - Remove
Remove the heater unit case (A)
Mainshaft Thrust Clearance Adjustment (M/T)
Special Tools Required
Mainshaft Holder 07GAJ-PG20110
Mainshaft Base 07GAJ-PG20130
Adjustment
NOTE:
Take measurements at normal room temperature.
Clean all parts thoroughly before installation.
1. Mainshaft Thrust Clearance - Adjust
Remove the 72 mm shim (A) and oil guide plate M.
