1. Problem verification:
Start the engine.
Check the parameter(s) below with the HDS.
Do the current condition(s) match the threshold?
YES
The failure is duplicated. Go

Make sure your hands are clean and free of oils and grease.
Eject the CD before disconnecting the audio unit to prevent damaging the
