Check the fuel system lines and hoses for damage, leaks, and deterioration.
Replace any damaged parts.

1. Problem verification:
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.
Do the BRAKE LIGHT RELAY function test with the HDS.

1. Driver's Dashboard Lower Cover - Remove
2. ECON Switch - Test
Check the ECON switch (A) according to the table.
NOTE:
When an LED is located between terminals, check if the LED
illuminates by connecting power and ground to the LED.
Note this important operating characteristic; diode
