Honda HR-V: DTC U3003-16 Power Supply Voltage Too Low

DTCs (FCW/LDW)
1. Problem verification.
- Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Clear DTCs
- Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Test-drive the vehicle at 40 km/h (25 mph) or more with the LDW
activated.
NOTE : Drive the vehicle on the road, not on a lift.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC U3003-16 indicated?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
2. Fuse check.
- Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Check the following fuse.
Is the fuse OK?
YES
The fuse is OK. Reinstall the fuse, then go to step 3.
NO
Replace the fuse. If the fuse blows again, repair the short to ground on the
No. C21 (10 A) fuse circuit.
3. Open wire check (+B MP CAMERA line).
- Disconnect the following connector.
Multi purpose camera unit 12P connector
- Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
Is there more than 8.3 V?
YES
Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the multi purpose camera
unit. If OK, replace the multi
purpose camera unit.
NO
Repair an open in the wire between the under-dash sub fuse/relay box and the
multi purpose camera unit.
