1. Heater Control Panel - Exploded View

Disassembly and Reassembly
1. HVAC Control Unit, Air Mix Control Cable and Mode Control Cable - Remove
- Remove the lid (A) and the HVAC control unit (B) from the heater
control panel (C)
- Using a snap ring pliers, widen the cable stops (D) in the cable holder
(E), then pull out the control cables (F).
2. Heater Control Base, Bulbs and Heater Fan Switch - Remove
- Remove the heater control base (A) from the heater control
panel (B)
- Remove the harness (C), then remove the bulbs
- Remove the knob (D)
- Remove the heater fan switch (E).
3. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: After assembly, check that the lever slides or the dial turns smoothly
through the full stroke
from right to left.
